We had an amazing stay at this place! The location in the center was perfect for exploring all the attractions. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table were a nice touch, and we loved the soundproofed rooms that provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace. florian's apartments in mariahilf vienna exceeded our expectations during this relax for couple of nights. great location, spacious rooms, and a small kitchen for food prep. polite staff and a nice area with plenty of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
Wifi stopped working after one day.

High level location, equipment, service. Big area, cozy balcony, modern design. Clean, no smells. Well-equipped kitchen. Good internet connection. Friendly girl who received us. Centrally located, yet quiet. Two supermarkets nearby.

We got great value for our money, with a spacious apartment that kept us warm during the winter with its underfloor heating. The location was convenient, close to metro stations and surrounded by plenty of options for meals.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of a microwave oven and toaster.
